Description
It commemorates 1850 through 2000 – the 150 years that the town of Groveland had been independent from the town of Bradford Massachusetts. The yearlong events featured a re-enactment of the Town Meeting of March 8, 1850, a family picnic at the Pines, a House and Garden Tour, a Town Parade, and a Holiday Party completed the celebrations. The mugs were sold as a fundraising item and continue as same to this day.
