Elm Park

Elm Park was created as an early open space to provide passive recreation and shade for the developing town’s residents.  The Park became a popular central meeting place, but gradually traffic issues and Dutch Elm disease took a toll on the Park. In 1999, Elm Park was revitalized through a historic landscape preservation grant that the Groveland Historical Commission received through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
